At an elevation of 8800-10,200 feet, Spanish Peaks Ranch Estates (not to be cunfused with Spanish Peaks Ranch, a completely separate development) offers alpine mountain living at it's best.
Spanish Peaks Ranch Estates is located at the base of the Spanish Peaks adjacent to the San Isabel National Forest. The headwaters of the Apishipa River start in this area and run through some of the properties. Throughout the Estates you'll find a tree cover of predominately aspens, spruce and Douglas firs. Some of the mountain properties are very steep and do not offer year round access without a snowmobile. There are also beautiful open meadows.
