On the day I took these, as usual in the afternoon this time of year, the Sangres to the West have showers forming over them. Your surrounded by the clouds moving off of the mountain peaks. The elevation of this parcel is about 8k feet.

The National Forest, Mountain Lakes, and Wildlife areas are all within minutes of the property.

You have not seen the likes of elk, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, or turkey as in this wildlife area.

The parcel has views for sure. Rock outcroppings are as enormous as they are numerous on the land. Exploring your own land with your family, friends, or animals will be a real adventure everytime you stroll out your door/flap. The kids, grandkids, or God Childern will spend an infinity in their imaginations, scaling boulders 50 times their size. If you still have some kid left in you, you will too!

The views and access will continue to mature in value as Trinidad and La Veta stay the course for the last hot spot in the state. With the New 20 million dollar Jack Nicklaus golf course, hotel, and spa opening in Trinidad in 07, now is the time to purchase a parcel like this one.

You won't be disappointed. The mountains are a great place to be. What the heck, what else is there to do? We buy and sell stuff all the time as "consumers". Why not have 35 acres of mountains and incredible views? Everything else deprecitates so dang fast and the stock market is more likened to Las Vegas. Sure, I've made money off of the market. I never have gotten a thrill out of visiting the vault though. LOL!!!

You may consider the very real possibility of needing a place to go to one day because of things going on in the world too! There are a lot of buyers coming here with the same thoughts in their minds.
