I didnt get a chance to hike this whole property, it began to rain. Really neat tracts, especially for the price and terms.... In the video I hiked from the south end of the tracts. The best access is from the East side of 1146. Easy terrain for a road to the best build/campsite on the property.
10 acres of tall pine and juniper covered mild terrain with
rock cliff, sandstone formations, frequent seasonal creek bed, good place to
drill a well, and easy access to best site in the middle of the property for
views of Fishers Peak. Power along two
sides and phone along the east side. 25
minutes from town and only 2 miles off pavement. 15 minutes to mom and pop store and 30
minutes or less from public lands. Half
way to the mountains. Very private and
good wildlife. BE sure to watch VIDEO….
